Wade R. Thieme, age 67, of Cary, passed away October 19, 2022 at Good Shepherd Hospital.  Wade was born May 29, 1955 in Palatine to Robert and Elizabeth Thieme, who precede him in death.  He lived his adult life in Cary.

       Wade retired from the U.S. Postal Service and worked at the Cary post office.  In his retirement Wade enjoyed fishing and golf until his health started failing him.

       Wade is survived by his brother Mark Thieme, his niece Colleen Thieme and nephew Kiel Thieme as well as many cousins.  Besides his parents Wade is preceded in death by his sister-in-law Kathleen Thieme.
