Sue was an outstanding woman in oh so many ways. Family & friends meant everything to her ... and she was blessed with many families.
Sue is survived by an extended biological family including Viki Dettmann and Brian, Raymond Steuer, James Steuer and Tammy, Kenneth Geheb and Debbie, Kathleen LeRoy & David, Karla Manner & Brock and Jan Marquardt & Gary plus many loving great nieces and great nephews.
Her "barn" family was filled with other equestrian loving folks, both friends & students. Horses were her passion both for riding and when she was teaching. There are many riders out there that owe their "horsemanship" skills to Sue Steuer and her booming (Peggy Drummond inspired) voice.
Her "work" family Tom & Carmelia Nowakowski and Greg & Therese Nowakowski … truly wonderful folks, who she cherished.
Her "church" family shared in her devotion and she volunteered many, many hours throughout the years. Some of her favorite times were cooking for her “supper club” friends. Her faith was strong.
Sue had very eclectic interests which included a love of travel, going to the opera, riding horses, musicals & live theatre were just a few.
Due to COVID, the internment will be private but a Celebration of Life will be scheduled at a future date.
