Eric was born in Berwyn at MacNeal hospital and was a resident of Berwyn and Cicero before moving to Justice for about 15 years. He moved to Cary for the last few years to be closer to family and live his best life.
Eric was a man of many trades from HVAC to renovating and refurbishing homes with his own company Big E’z construction. Eric affectionately loved all of his family and friends and reminded everyone often. He had a great relationship with the lord and would say his daily prayers and meditate each morning. He enjoyed the outdoors such as fishing, camping and traveling with his loved ones. Motorcycle cruises were one of his favorites. He was a musical enthusiast and especially loved to impersonate Elvis “The King”. He cooked up delicious meals and concocted crazy smoothies, sharing these creations gave him great joy. Always the center of attention, he knew how to make everyone laugh until they would cry. Eric touched many hearts throughout his life, he always offered a shoulder to lean on and helped out anyone that asked.
Uncle Eric, UE, Big E, Eric, a one-of-kind man that will be deeply missed by all. His fierce spirit, charm and the endless memories of him will never leave us.
