Patricia Pauline (Dorsch) Ross passed away peacefully at her home in McHenry on December 29, 2022 at the age of 94

She was born January 5,1928 to the late August Dorsch Jr and the late Pauline Merforth

 

She leaves behind 3 sons

Pete (Sue) Penkava III of  Cary

Pat (Laura) Penkava of Huntley

Paul (Sharon) Penkava of Mchenry

 

7 grandchildren

She was preceded in death by her husband(s) 

Peter Adolf Penkava Jr (dod  April 22,1963) 

Charles Ross (dod July 8,1997)

Patricia enjoyed being a house wife and mother to her 3 sons.  After the passing of her husband ( Peter) she was left a single parent and working mother.  Nevertheless, she was a loving and supportive mother to Pete, Pat and Paul.

She was  employed at Aptar formerly known as Seaquist Valve Company in Cary.   It was there that she met and married Charles Ross on December 26, 1975. She worked there for over 20 years before retiring in 1990. 

 

Later in life she enjoyed having family gatherings where she would reminisce about all the good times in the past.  One of her favorite memories was her beloved pet Yorkie Heidi who kept her busy by spoiling her.  She lived life on her terms, and she will be missed by all who knew her.
