Jose Arturo Calderon Vargas, age 81, of McHenry, IL, passed away on July 26, 2026. He was born October 10, 1944 in Alvaro Obregon, Michoacan, Mexico to his loving parents, Albino Calderon and Aureliana Vargas.

Visitation will be 5:00pm to 9:00pm, with funeral service at 6:00pm, Saturday, August 1, 2026, at Kahle-Moore Funeral Home, 403 Silver Lake Road, Cary, IL 60013.  Rev. Jhakson Garcia Mendez will be officiating.

Jose will be interred at San Miguel Cemetery in Michoacan, Mexico.
