Jeane A Mazzaferro (nee Sickal), of Crystal Lake, Illinois passed away peacefully on February 25th 2021, with her family by her side. Jeane was born in Fairfield Iowa. She was dedicated to her work as a special ed teacher; beloved by all her students. A devoted spouse and mother, who loved unconditionally. 

She is survived by her husband Michael, and beloved children Alexander and Brandon as well as her puppy Reggie.

Jeane’s family would like to thank all of their family and friends for the heartfelt thoughts & prayers that they have shared. Donations can be made to the American Cancer Society. A celebration of her life will be held sometime next summer, and scattering of her remains in Key West Florida sometime in the fall. We will soon provide a link to the Zoom service to be held on Saturday, March 6, at 5:00pm CST.

We encourage her friends to share experiences they've had with her. We don't want this world to forget what a fun loving person she was. She will be sadly missed.
