Bernadette A. Dubnick, age 78 of Cary, passed away December 5, 2023 at JourneyCare Hospice inpatient unit.

       She was born April 2, 1945 in Chicago, the daughter of Bernard and Lucille Biewald.

       Bernadette is survived by her children:  Virginia (James) Griffus, and Julie (Gerardo) Coria, her grandchildren:  Justice (Riley) Laniado, Joel (Jennifer) Hendrickson, Emily Cilibraise, Luis Coria and David Coria, as well as her great grandchildren:  Annalise, Theodore, Jackson and George.  Besides her parents Bernadette is preceded in death by her husband Thomas Dubnick and her daughter Jennifer Dubnick.

       Bernadette was a registered nurse in a number of hospitals and culminating with her retirement from Good Shepherd Hospital.  She also was a member of the Sts. Peter & Paul Women’s Club.

       There will be a visitation for Bernadette on Wednesday, December 13, 2023 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the Kahle-Moore Funeral Home.  Funeral Mass for Bernadette will be offered on Thursday, December 14th at SS. Peter & Paul Catholic Church.  Memorials in Bernadettes name would be appreciated to JourneyCare Hospice, 405 Lake Zurich Rd., Barrington.
