Anthony R. Phillips , known better as "Tony" and "Tee" passed away suddenly on August 10th, 2022.  He was born January 23, 1986 in Chicago. Tony leaves behind his beloved son Noah Phillips, his loving parents Gina & Luigi DiBalsamo , his two sisters Marianna & Valentina, his grandparents Janet & Sandro Lanzano,  Uncle Michael (Michelle) Lanzano , his Aunt Karla Lanzano & and too many friends to list. 

Tony had a love for technology and had an immense passion for art, he was a true artist and had a creative soul, and many will remember him for that. He broke our hearts leaving us, and took pieces of all of us with him, he will be forever missed. Until we meet again... 

There will be a visitation for Tony on Wednesday, August 17, 2022 from 4:00 PM until 9:00 PM at the Kahle-Moore Funeral Home.  Funeral Service for Tony will be held Thursday, August 18th, 10:30 AM at the funeral home, burial to follow at Windridge Memorial Park.
