Alice P. Solinski

Alice P. Solinski, age 89, of Cary passed away June 13, 2016 at the Alden Terrace Nursing Home in Mchenry. She was born September 26, 1926 in Chicago the daughter of Leo and Pearl (Kalinowski) Ruczko. On December 29, 1945 she married Joseph T. Solinski at St. Mary of the Angels Church in Chicago. Alice is survived by daughters Charolette (Calvin) Penczek, Marilyn Ferlauto, Carol (Frank) Laureys, Suzanne (Anthony) Palmero and Geri (Travis) Russ. 11 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband and 3 sisters. Alice was an Insurance Claims Adjuster with Old Republic Insurance Company for 30 years and retired in 2000. She enjoyed sewing, crafts and painting. Visitation will be held Monday June 20, 2016 from 4 P.M. until 8 P.M. at the Kahle-Moore Funeral Home, 403 Silver Lake Road, Cary. Funeral Mass Tuesday June 21, 2016 at 10:30 A.M. at SS. Peter & Paul Church 410 First St and will be followed by burial at St. John Cemetery.
