Patsy Dvorak Obituary

Patsy A. Dvorak, age 77 of Cary passed away March 1, 2019 at her home. She was born May 29, 1941 in Fanrock, WV, the daughter of Don and Mollie (Brewster) Hall. Patsy is survived by her husband Terry Dvorak, her children: Janet (Ken) Love-Lusk, Valerie (Paul) Provenzano, Steven (Dawn) Zerin and Elise (Marcus) Lomonaco, as well as 16 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren, her brother Van Hall and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by a daughter Sheila Evans and her siblings Grathel Scott, Donald Hall, Dallas Hall and Melvin Hall. There will be a visitation for Patsy on Tuesday, March 5, 2019 from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the Kahle-Moore Funeral Home, 403 Silver Lake Rd., Cary. Funeral Service Wednesday, March 6th at 10:30 AM at the funeral home and will be followed with burial at St. John Nepomucene Cemetery. To send flowers or a memorial gift to the family of Patsy A.
