Paige J. Chavez

Paige J. Chavez, age 31 of Lake In The Hills passed away December 20, 2016 at Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, IL. She was born June 13, 1985 in McHenry the daughter of Danny and Laura Chavez. Besides her parents Paige is survived by her brother Brandon Chavez, her paternal grandmother Zulema Chavez, her maternal grandparents Philip and Harriett Rystrom, her aunts and uncles: Paula Rystrom, Susan (Michael) Neel, Marty Rystrom, Kathy Reed, Mary Rystrom, Thelma (Philip) Escalante, Sandra Bennett and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. She is preceded in death by her paternal grandfather Hector Chavez, Sr., her uncle Hector Chavez, Jr and cousin Nicholas Leonard. Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 29, 2016 beginning at 4:00 PM and concluding with a Funeral Service at 7:00 PM at the Kahle-Moore Funeral Home, 403 Silver Lake Rd., Cary.
