Jennifer M. Levy- Fortner, age 35 passed away November 3m 2016. She is survived by her beloved husband Michael M. Fortner, Sr., Dear mother of Emily Fortner and the late Michael M. Fortner, Jr., loving aunt of Delilah Stover, dear sister of John Levy, fond daughter-in-law of Rafael and Lila Grajeda and dear sister-in-law of Jennifer Grajeda and Alicia Grajeda, she is preceded in death by her parents John and Donna Levy. She was employed at Diamond Flexible Packaging and Dr. Giokaris Medical Center. She leaves behind her pets Snoopy and Bella Boo. Visitation will take place on Thursday, November 10, 2016 from 4:00 PM until 9:00 PM at the Kahle-Moore Funeral Home, 403 Silver Lake Rd., Cary, Il.
