Herbert C. Alwardt

Herbert C. Alwardt, age 89 of Pleasureville, KY passed away September 6, 2018. He was born November 17, 1929 in Waukegan, IL. the son of William G. and Mabel (Polmateer) Alwardt. Herbert is survived by his children: Melisa (the late Robert) Kossack, Michael (Linda) Alwardt, William (the late Alice) Alwardt, Keith (Debbie) Alwardt and John (April) Alwardt as well as 11 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Besides his parents he is preceded in death by his wife Mary Lou (Falash) Alwardt and nine brothers. Herbert was a retired heavy machinery mechanic for International Harvester as well as an Army veteran of the Korean War. There will be a visitation for Herbert on Friday, September 14, 2018 beginning at 10:00 AM and concluding with a Funeral Service at 11:00 AM at Windridge Memorial Park, 7401 S.
