Della "Dolly" Passaglia

Della M. Passaglia, age 85 of Cary passed away February 12, 2017. She was born May 14, 1931 in Dubuque, Iowa. Dolly is survived by her children: Brenda (Mark) Walker, Joylyn (Lawrence) Nagorny, Peter (Elizabeth) Passaglia and Paul (Lisa) Passaglia, a daughter-in-law Candace (Marc) Passaglia Kresmery, her grandchildren: Ryan (Amy) Passaglia, Shannon (Christopher) Copeland, Zachary (Sarah) Hines, Christopher (Tessie) Nagorny, Philip Nagorny, Andrea (Fiance' James) Passaglia, Amanda Passaglia, Lindsey (Kyle) Medley, Kevin (Maura) Passaglia, Kelsey (Amber) Passaglia, her great grandchildren: Lauren, Derek, Kailyn Passaglia, Christian, Caleb, Anavina, Micah Copeland, Charlie Hines, and David Nagorny. She is preceded in death by her husband Roger P. Passaglia, a son Roger M. Passaglia and her mother Melvina Davini. Dolly will be greatly missed by those who meant the most to her. She was a woman of grace and kindness who cherished her husband, children and their spouses, grandchildren, great grandchildren and her cat Callie, as well as her many dear friends. Nothing gave her more joy than to be in the company of those she loved. She will be remembered for her loving and welcoming spirit. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 15, 2017 from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the Kahle-Moore Funeral Home, 403 Silver Lake Rd., Cary. A Funeral Mass will be offered on February 16th at 10:30 AM at Sts. Peter & Paul Church, 410 First St., Cary and will be followed by entombment at Windridge Memorial Park.
