David Wiegel Obituary

David W. Wiegel, age 66 of McHenry and formerly of Cary passed away February 17, 2017 at JourneyCare in Woodstock. He was born December 9, 1950 in DesPlaines, Il., the son of Gottfried H. and Beatrice E. Wiegel, they precede him in death. David is survived by his wife Betty J. (Canalini) Wiegel, his children: Matthew (Jen Poremba) Wiegel, Daniel (Kayle Lauth) Wiegel and Jessica (Matt) Reuter, his grandchildren: Sydney Wiegel, Emily Wiegel and Scarlett Reuter as well as two sisters: Susan (David) Nelson and Mona Westfall. David worked for the Cary Park District followed by the Crystal Lake Park District for 30 years. Visitation will take place on Wednesday, February 22, 2017 from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM with a Service at 7:00 PM at the Kahle-Moore Funeral Home, 403 Silver Lake Rd., Cary.
