Mary T. Lundin

MARY T. LUNDIN Mary T. Lundin, age 84 of Cary, passed away May 21, 2015 She was born March 5, 1931 in Chicago, the daughter of Joseph and Delia Flaherty. Mary is survived by five children: Maureen (Mark) Koenig, Sharon (Jim) Schroeder, Bob (Kim) Lundin, Tom (Sandy) Lundin and Jim (Debbie) Lundin. Twelve grandchildren: Caitlin (Sean) Aubrey, Kevin Koenig, Bailey (Carl) Hay, Jimmie Schroeder, Scott Appleton, Jason (Kristina Bennett) Appleton, Brian Lundin, Maddie Lundin, Joe Lundin, Melissa Lundin, Jake Lundin and MacKenzie Lundin. She is also survived by two brothers, Michael Flaherty and Martin Flaherty. Besides her parents Mary is preceded in death by her husband Edward Lundin, a brother Joseph Flaherty and a sister Peggy Keepers. Mary was a very active member of SS. Peter & Paul Church having sent her five children through school there and being a pillar of the SSPP Women's Club. Mary was part of a close-knit group that set-up and served funeral luncheons for parishioners for more years than can be remembered. Visitation will be held on Monday, May 25, 2015 from 4:00 PM until 7:00PM at the Kahle-Moore Funeral Home, 403 Silver Lake Rd., Cary. Funeral Mass will be held on May26th at 11:00AM at SS. Peter & Paul Church, 410 First St., Cary. Burial will follow at St. John Nepomucene Cemetery. Memorials would be appreciated to the SSPP Women's Club.
