Jill Sciortino Obituary

Jill Johnson Sciortino, 57, passed away Wednesday, August 2, 2017, after a long battle with aplastic anemia. Jill lived in Stonecrest (Summerfield), Florida, FL, for 4 years after moving from Cary, Il. She was the daughter of Merrill and Vivian Johnson. She is survived by her daughter, Kristen Sciortino, her parents Merrill and Vivian Johnson; brothers Jeff (Jill) Johnson and Gregg (Lois) Johnson; nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles, cousins and many loving friends. She was preceded in death by her infant daughter, Celia Rose Sciortino, infant brother John Edward, grandparents Edward and Vesta Crowley, and John and Bernice Johnson.Jill worked in Chicago for Merrill Lynch; in New Orleans for EF Hutton; Chemtool in Crystal Lake, IL and the Clerk of the Circuit Court of McHenry County, Illinois.A Memorial Visitation will be held for Jill on Wednesday, August 16, 2017 from 4:00 PM until 6:00 PM at the Kahle-Moore Funeral Home, 403 Silver Lake Rd., Cary.In lieu of flowers memorials would be appreciated to the Kristen Sciortino Education Fund.
