Timmer, Eugene JamesEugene James Timmer, 52, of Loves Park IL passed on January 23, 2017 at Rockford Memorial Hospital.He was born on July 20, 1964 in Clear Lake South Dakota to James L. Timmer and Ruth Timmer (nee, Kick).Eugene is survived by a son Jacob Timmer; sister Lynn Timmer: niece Vanessa (fiancé Wesley) Donat; nephew Hunter Donat; his father James L. (Theresa) ; mother Ruth and step grandmother Ruth Zimmick.He was preceded in death by his grandparents.He was a member of IBEW Local 150, and very involved with Boy Scout Troop #455. He loved fishing, camping, boating and just being with family.Visitation will be Saturday, January 28, 2017 at the Kahle Moore Funeral Home 403 Silver Lake Road, Cary, Illinois, from 10 AM to 2 PM.Interment is private.In lieu of flowers memorials will be appreciated for the Salvation Army.
